Dear CNS Healthcare Family,
We hope you and your families are well and safe. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we move towards our new way of providing excellent behavioral health services.
CNS Healthcare Safe Start
The CNS Healthcare Safe Start Task Force has worked diligently to complete a comprehensive return plan that addresses all the needs of this new “COVID-19 normal.” Due to the Governor’s extension of the State of Emergency, there is no current timeline returning all appointments to the office. However, we still want to keep you informed about changes you will see when you return by sharing our Safe Start Preparedness and Response Plan. The goal of this plan is to keep you and our staff safe.

Reminder for CNS Healthcare Locations
For anyone who has to come to an office to be seen, please remember:
- ALL persons must be screened upon entering the building.
- ALL persons must wear masks inside the building, while in close proximity to others (6ft or less)
- ALL persons should adhere to recommended hand hygiene protocol- regular handwashing for at least 20 seconds and utilizing hand sanitizer, when unable to wash hands
- ALL persons should do their best to maintain social distancing and adhere to all signage regarding safety instruction
It is imperative that we all do our part to keep each safe. We encourage you to gently remind everyone to comply with the guidance of the Safe Start Plan and feel free to contact Customer Service (248-871-1461) with any safety questions and/or concerns.
Thank you for your help, ensuring our CNS Healthcare family can move into our ‘new way’ safely!
