A Clubhouse is a psychosocial program designed for rehabilitating adults diagnosed with a mental health challenge. The goal of the program is to contribute to the recovery of individuals through a supportive, rehabilitative environment.
Objectives of the program include:
- Focus on preventative health, anti-stigma, wellness, and stabilization
- Timely, caring, consumer-driven services
- Behavioral health awareness and family education
Each Clubhouse Member is welcomed, needed, and expected every day as a critical part of a community. The program is built around the “work-ordered day,” where daily activity is organized into work units. The day-to-day operation of the Clubhouse is the responsibility of members and staff who work side-by-side.
