Now in our 13th year of the Annual Turkey Giveaway, CNS is proud to state that we have helped bring Thanksgiving Dinner to 9,000+ families in the Metro Detroit area.


The holiday season is a magical time – the energy of excitement around giving and the anticipation of getting together with loved ones to eat delicious holiday treats. Unfortunately, many families face a huge economic burden during the holidays, and stress related to food insecurity can get in the way of enjoying the holiday season. These financial burdens have ripple effects on what families can afford to eat, and influence both immediate and long term health.

Our 2025 Turkey Giveaway is Saturday, November 22nd, 10 AM.



Turkeys provided while supplies last.* Lines open at 9:45 a.m. *FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.

Adults only; limit one per household (photo ID may be required.)
